Nina Perrotta is a literary translator from Spanish and Portuguese into English and an editor at Words Without Borders. Her translations have appeared in the Iowa Review, The Common, and the Nashville Review, among other publications. Her first book-length translation, of Clara Alves’s London on My Mind, is forthcoming from Scholastic in 2024. She has received grants and fellowships from the Fulbright Commission and the British Centre for Literary Translation. In 2022, she was a finalist for the Peirene Stevns Translation Prize. She is a member of the American Literary Translators’ Association (ALTA) and the Portuguese-English Literary Translators’ Association (PELTA).
